hey im zach

i'm a builder, marketer, and creative working at the intersection of commerce, content, and community. from the time I was a kid, I've been building, tinkering, and selling, whether it was flipping baseball cards, knocking doors to sell homemade suckers, or convincing my parents to buy fake Oakleys so I could resell them to my teammates. looking back, it makes sense why I've always been drawn to entrepreneurship and growth.

sports shaped me too. i played baseball and football at lehi high school, then spent two years in são paulo, brazil, on an lds mission where I learned Portuguese and fell in love with the culture. after coming home in 2019, I started college in 2020, but once covid hit, I quickly realized I wanted to be learning in the real world, not online classrooms.

my career path has been anything but traditional: fintech, door-to-door sales, route (my first taste of shopify), stay ai (a turning point that shaped my trajectory), consulting, launching my own boutique studio, and now leading growth at lunar solar group. through it all, one theme has stayed constant, i'm passionate about content, community, and connection. i believe the future of growth is rooted in people coming together to solve problems and build what's next.

when I'm not working, you'll find me skiing in utah, biking around town, or training for my next competition.
